Phat Brats was born when us two Melbourne boys set out to change the future of fast food while giving
back to the city we love. We do this by keeping things local and natural. Our goods are all sourced
from local regions and suppliers (our dogs are literally made a few seconds down the road), and
everything on the menu is natural wherever possible.
